Delete your Rizzman account and data

Version 3.1.0 offers optional accounts and cloud backup. Guest use remains available.

Delete through the app

Open Settings and the account controls. Delete cloud history to remove saved cloud results. Delete account to remove your owned cloud results, preferences and Firebase sign-in identity. Follow the confirmation and sign-in verification prompts. Deletion must finish successfully before the app reports completion.

Request deletion without the app

Email hey@rizzman.ai from your account email, with the subject “Rizzman Account Deletion Request”. Tell us whether you want the account or cloud history deleted. We verify account ownership before deleting data; matching an email address alone does not authorize access or deletion. Never send your password, sign-in token, payment details or private photos.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes the Firebase identity and owned cloud history and preferences. Cloud-history deletion removes saved results while keeping the account. Operational metadata excludes result content and uploads and expires after 30 days. Support, transaction or legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Local data and subscriptions

Clear Data resets local app data and disables sync; cloud copies remain until separately deleted. Original photos in your photo library remain yours. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the store where you purchased.
